Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Trustworth Labs for using Writers Hub — your work stays yours.

In effect from 10 August 2026

Agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Trustworth Labs for the Writers Hub app and website. Using the service means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough where you live to agree to a contract on your own. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

Your account

Your work stays yours

You keep every right you have in what you write. We claim no ownership of it.

So that we can actually run the service, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store your work, back it up, and display it to the people you have chosen to show it to — and to show extracts, titles and cover art where the service surfaces stories, such as a featured shelf or search results. That is the whole of it: we do not license your work to anyone else, sell it, or use it to train a model.

The licence lasts as long as the work is on the service. Delete it, or close your account, and the licence ends — except for copies sitting in routine backups until they age out, and anything we must keep by law.

You confirm that the work is yours to publish, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

What you may not post or do

The writing assistant

Other people's stories

Everything you read here belongs to the writer who wrote it. Reading it gives you no licence to republish, adapt or redistribute it. Some stories are limited to confirmed accounts or to a writer's followers; that choice is the writer's and we enforce it.

Moderation

You can report a story or a comment. We may remove content, apply or correct a content rating, restrict a story's visibility, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why and give you a way to respond.

If you believe something here infringes your copyright, write to legal@trustworthlabs.com with enough detail to identify the work and where it is.

Ending it

You can stop using the service whenever you like, and ask us to close your account — see the Privacy Policy for how. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where the law requires it.

Availability and changes

We are still building Writers Hub. Features will change, and some will be withdrawn. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may take it down for maintenance.

Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. We take backups, but they are our safety net, not yours.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

[[LIABILITY CAP — the amount, and whether local consumer law in your target markets permits it]]

Changes to these terms

We will post any new version here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects you we will give notice in the app or by email first. Carrying on using the service after a change means you accept it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by [[GOVERNING LAW]] and disputes go to [[COURTS / DISPUTE FORUM]]. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections of the mandatory law where you live.
